Our home walkthrough and inspection services are ideal for homeowners who are away on vacations or snowbirds away over the winter, and are even ideal for vacant homes.
The basic services include verifying the heat is functioning, checking all visible plumbing connections for leaks and keeping a detailed log of our visits to ensure your insurance requirements are fulfilled.
We recommend checking with your insurance provider to find out exactly what requirements are in your policy. Most require someone to check a home every 3 days.
