THERMAL IMAGE INSPECTIONS

We are infrared certified and provide thermal scanning as part of our Home Inspection service, it can also be provided as a stand-alone service for added protection from things the naked eye cannot see.

Description

Thermal Imaging uses infrared technology to perform an accurate, reliable scan of all surface temperatures. This is extremely useful when troubleshooting problems in a home, even when no visible issues exist.

These issues may include:

  • Insulation deficiencies

  • Moisture leaks

  • Electrical hot spots

  • Poor construction practices

  • Heat loss and air infiltration in walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors

  • Broken window seals
